By proceeding with the purchase of Metaphysical Edge Livestream (the “Program”) I acknowledge and agree to the following terms as part of my participation in the Metaphysical Edge Livestream (the "Program"), which are recorded over Zoom and may include video, audio, and image recordings of participants:

1. Permission to Record: I understand that each session of the Program will be recorded, which includes video, audio, and possible photographic content that may capture my participation. I hereby expressly grant to Last Friday Pty Ltd the right to use photos or audio and visual impressions (“impressions”) of me recorded by or provided by me to Last Friday Pty Ltd, in connection with or as part of any presentation, program, publication, product, transmission or other professional endeavour in which the impressions may be used or incorporated, and also in the advertising, and/or publicizing of any analogue or digital works or their content, in perpetuity.
2. Use of Image/ Video: I hereby grant Last Friday Pty Ltd, its affiliates, agents, and successors (collectively, "the Company"), the irrevocable right and permission to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and publish the recordings, images, or footage in which I may be included, in whole or in part, without restriction or limitation, for any business purpose deemed necessary by the Company. I understand that these impressions, as well as my name, likeness, voice and biographical material, may be used for commercial, educational or informational purposes, in any manner or media, in perpetuity, throughout the world.
3. Waiver of Rights: I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including a written copy, wherein my likeness appears. I waive any rights of royalties, copyright or ownership in the resulting commercial, educational and informational materials in which I appear, and acknowledge that no monetary or other compensation is provided in exchange for waiving this right. I also agree to allow all forms of distribution of the materials that accompany the impressions.
4. Release of Liability: I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge Last Friday Pty Ltd from all claims, demands, losses, expenses and liabilities of every kind including legal fees and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
5. Acknowledgment: I represent that I have the right, capacity, and authority to enter into this agreement (the “Agreement”) and that my participation and performance and the rights I have granted in the Agreement will not conflict with or violate any commitment or understanding I have with any other person or entity. I am 18 years of age or older and am competent to contract in my own name.

I hereby certify that I have read and ACCEPT the foregoing conditions of purchase by selecting the checkbox and fully understand the meaning and effect thereof, and intending to be legally bound.
